Mobile App - Getting Started with the Sleep Module

STEPS:


  1. Access the Sleep Module: In the home tab, locate and open the Sleep Module within the WellnessWits app. This is represented by a bed icon and labeled "Sleep."

  2. Open sleep: Click on the sleep icon to gain access to this module

  3. Add New Entry: To begin with your entry for the day, your information will be collected in the "Add sleep entry" tab.

  4. Log Sleep Time: Enter the time you fell asleep. You can typically tap on a time field and use the on-screen keypad or adjust the time using up/down arrows.

  5. Record Sleep Duration: Indicate how long you slept by entering the duration in hours and minutes (e.g., 7h 30m). You can also make use of the clock to set the duration.

  6. Sleep Quality Assessment: Next, please rate your overall sleep quality. Firstly fill in the details of where you fell asleep. Next rate your Overall sleep experience.

  7. Save Entry: Once you've entered all the desired information, tap "Save" or a similar button to store your sleep entry.
