Mobile App - Getting Started with the Eat Module
STEPS :
Navigate through your calendar, at the top of the screen, you can utilize the mini calendar to easily switch between dates and plan and see your meals for the week or day ahead.
Next, choose your Meal category. With the top navigation bar, you can select your desired meal category from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks.
With this, explore recipes. After clicking on your desired meal category, to find a variety of recipes click on the "Search Breakfast Recipes Here" arrow displayed on the screen. This will lead you to a comprehensive recipe list under your selected category. E.g Under the breakfast category, you will see recipes like Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal, Coconut pancakes etc.
Next, you can use the search or browse Recipes feature at the top of the screen. Use the search bar to find specific recipes, or simply scroll through the available options. Once you find a recipe that interests you, click the "View Recipe" button.
After clicking on the view recipe button, you can see all the details of the meal. This details the recipe title, serving size, preparation time, cooking time, food tags, detailed ingredient list, and step-by-step instructions. Once you've reviewed the recipe, click the "Back" button to return to the main menu.
Next on the eat segment, you can log your daily food Intake. Accurately track what you eat throughout the day in the "Add New Entry" section. Click the "Add" button to begin entering your daily food entries.
A pop-up window will appear after clicking on the "Add" button, allowing you to input your food/drink, the time you consumed it, and the location. You'll also be asked questions about your hunger level ("Not Hungry," "Midly Hungry," or "Very Hungry") and any reactions you experienced after the meal.
After filling in all the details, click the "Save" button to store your food entry.
Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition topics by browsing trending articles under "Nutrition in Blogs." Click on an article that interests you for in-depth information. Once finished reading, return to the main menu using the "Back" button.
