How to Read Health Articles on the Your Health Wits Blog

STEPS:

  1. Access the WellnessWits Blog:

    • Open the WellnessWits app scroll down to the last tab on your home screen and locate the "Your Health Wits." blog and this can also be found within the "Learn" section of the app (refer to the app's design for its specific location).


  2. Explore Trending Topics: Upon entering the blog, you'll see a section showcasing "Trending Topics." These are currently popular health and wellness themes on the platform. Browse this section to discover what's generating interest in the WellnessWits community.

  3. Search by Topic: The Learn Module allows you to delve deeper if you have a specific area of interest. 

  4. Using the search bar Function: Locate the "Search by Topic" section, which is indicated by a magnifying glass icon. Here, you can type in keywords or browse through the provided categories (e.g., "General Health," "Nutrition," "Fitness").

  5. Dive into Articles: Once you've found a topic that interests you, click on it to access a list of relevant articles. Each article will display:

    • Title of Article


    • Estimated Reading Time: Providing an idea of how long it'll take to read the article

  6. Start Reading: Click on the article you'd like to explore further. The article will open, allowing you to gain valuable insights on your chosen wellness topic.
