How to fill a Journal entry

STEPS:

1 Access My Journals

  • Open the WellnessWits app and on your home tab, scroll down and locate the "My Journals"

2 View Daily Journal :

  • With the calendar display, click on the recent date to begin your journal entry.


3 Select Mood and Feelings :

  • To begin with your journal entry for the day, tap on the option that best reflects your emotional state.. Click / select emojis or icons representing your current mood or feelings (e.g., happy, sad, anxious).

4 Add Current Symptoms :

  • Next, scroll to the "Current Symptoms" tab. Tap on the icons to enter each symptom that you might have had throughout the course of your day.


5 Log Water Intake:

  • Lastly, track your water intake for the day. Tap on how many glasses you have had for the day to record the amount of water you've consumed.

6. Your Entry is saved:

  • Once you've completed your journal entry, it is recorded and saved .
