How to book an Appointment with a Provider

STEPS ;


1. Find Your Preferred Provider:

  • Open the WellnessWits app and on you r home page, scroll down and locate the section showcasing available healthcare providers. This tab is titled "Featured Providers".

  • Explore the list of providers by scrolling horizontally to the right and find a provider matching your needs.

2. View Provider Profile:

  • Once you've identified a suitable provider, tap on their profile to view more details. This includes the providers area of expertise, bio, services offered, programs on the WellnessWits app that they have created as well as groups and articles.

3. Schedule an Appointment:

  • To schedule an appointment with selected provider, click on the button labeled "Book Appointment".

  • A pop up screen called schedule appointment would be opened to you and now you are able to proceed with your scheduling process

4. Choose Appointment Date:

  • A calendar view is displayed to you, where you can select an available date for your appointment. Tap on the date that works best for you.

5. Select Appointment Type:

  • Some providers might offer different appointment types (e.g., individual consultations, group sessions). Choose the option that aligns with your needs.

6. Verify Service Availability:

  • Once you’re done with the above selections, The WellnessWits app indicates if your chosen appointment is available on the selected date. If unavailable, you get a message that says "Appointment slot not available’.

7. Explore Alternatives:

  • If your preferred service type is unavailable, consider these options:

    • Check availability for a different appointment type offered by the provider (e.g., group sessions if individual is unavailable).

    • Choose a different date on the calendar.

8. Confirm Booking:

  • If your appointment slot is available, your session with the provider is successfully scheduled.
